- Although we state that we use mozzarella in our pizzas, we exclusively use the higher-quality cow's milk variety "Fior di Latte".
- Burrata is a type of mozzarella, but the difference lies in its core. Unlike regular mozzarella, the inside of burrata consists of pulled mozzarella and cream. Its flavor is creamier than mozzarella and has a slightly buttery taste.
